A: Absolutely. As a 3/2 normally closed single-electro-operated valve, it is specifically designed for controlling single-acting cylinders or actuators. When energized, port P (port 1) connects to port A (port 2), pushing the cylinder out; when de-energized, port A (port 2) connects to the exhaust port (port 3), and the cylinder automatically retracts under spring force.
